Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do

• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Champion compliance with Legal and external stakeholders.
• Lead a team of moderators, enhancing AI moderation tools.
• Investigate user complaints and platform inquiries.
• Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities.
• Manage relationships with moderation tech vendors.

What we expect

• 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Ability to evaluate legal and operational risks.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• English proficiency, Russian is a plus.
