Terms of Service
1. General
These terms govern the use of ccwork (the “Service”) — a job aggregator available on this site. By using the Service you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service collects job postings published publicly by third parties in Telegram channels and on company sites, and shows them in a single search with a link to the original source. The Service is not an employer or a recruitment agency, does not post jobs on its own behalf, and does not take part in hiring or in negotiations between a candidate and an employer.
3. No warranties
The data comes from external sources and is processed automatically, so the Service does not guarantee that it is current, complete or accurate. A job may turn out to be closed, changed or fraudulent. The decision to apply and any actions around it are yours alone and at your own risk.
4. Safety
Never pay to get a job, transfer money, or share SMS codes, passwords or card details at an “employer's” request — these are signs of fraud. The Service is not responsible for the actions of third parties who posted a job.
5. Account
Some features (saved searches, notifications) require registration. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. You can delete the account in settings — related data is deleted along with it.
6. Intellectual property
Job texts belong to their authors. The design, structure and source code of the Service belong to its rights holder. Automated collection of data from the Service without consent is not allowed.
7. Changes to the terms
The terms may change. The current version is always published on this page; by continuing to use the Service you accept the updated terms.
