Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are hiring first non-founder CEO. The company is profitable, founder-owned and at an inflection point: a large self-serve developer base, anchor enterprise logos in traditional finance and an enterprise go-to-market that is still to be built. The mandate is entrepreneurial - shape the commercial organization, own pricing and packaging and open the enterprise market - with advantages few company builders ever start with: a working product, live revenue and a brand already trusted by institutional clients

It is a rare setup: the freedom and ownership of building something new, on the foundation of an established, profitable business

WHAT THE CEO WILL OWN

• Strategy and P&L. Set the three-year strategy across the three revenue engines - self-serve developer subscriptions, enterprise data contracts (data shares, Kafka streams, cloud delivery), and AI-agent data products - and own the operating plan, budget, and capital allocation between them
• Enterprise go-to-market. Build the commercial organization from the ground up: write the playbook, hire the first dedicated sales and marketing people and personally close the first flagship deals. Grow contract values from five figures to six and seven figures with exchanges, banks, market-data buyers and audit firms
• Partnerships and distribution. Turn cloud marketplaces (AWS, Snowflake, Google), fintech data platforms and system integrators into repeatable channels beyond direct sales

PRIORITIES FOR THE FIRST 12 MONTHS

• Simplify pricing and packaging into one coherent architecture, from the free developer tier to enterprise commitments
• Stand up the enterprise sales function: playbook, qualified pipeline, and the first dedicated commercial hires
• Close two to three enterprise contracts at $150K+ annual value in financial services or compliance
• Take the AI-agent data offering (MCP server, agent-ready APIs) to market as a distinct product line
• Establish the operating system: monthly reporting, rolling forecast, and quarterly planning with the founder and Board
