Tasks

• Lead Salesforce implementation and app development
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate dev, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards
• Build relationships with key business stakeholders
• Manage escalations, reporting, and communication

Requirements

• 4+ years leading complex IT delivery engagements
• Experience managing distributed cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience in Agile project environments
• Salesforce delivery and enterprise solution experience
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English and German
