Enterprise/Fintech Partnership Manager

Ethena is building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of digital dollars.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close deals with enterprise-grade counterparties for the whitelabel stablecoin product and wider Ethena offerings.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospects across North America, LATAM, Southeast Asia, MENA, and Europe.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for whitelabel partners, managing commercial terms and partner health.
• Develop and document the operational foundation for the whitelabel product: onboarding, deal templates, approval workflows, and launch playbooks.
• Drive internal alignment across legal, operations, finance, and product to ensure smooth deal execution and proactively resolve blockers.
• Continuously refine positioning and commercial framing based on market feedback and competitive signals.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with the payments and fintech landscape, including infrastructure layers and key players.
• Proven business development and sales execution with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Commercial sophistication and ability to build and execute market/counterparty theses.
• An existing network in payments and fintech, particularly across emerging markets.
• Ability to operate without an existing playbook and make independent judgment calls in a fast-moving environment.
• Professional maturity and enterprise credibility when engaging senior counterparts at regulated financial institutions.
• Comfort working in a high-trust, flat, async-first startup team and bringing energy and initiative.
