Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do

• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Lead a team of moderators, enhancing AI tools for moderation.
• Collaborate with legal and product teams to ensure compliance.
• Build strategic roadmaps for best-in-class moderation capabilities.
• Drive improvements in moderation workflows and technologies.

What we expect

• 4+ years of leadership in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• English fluency; Russian is a plus.
