Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do

• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Champion compliance and collaborate with Legal, Product, Trust & Safety teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
• Respond to escalations and user complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
• Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation in livestreaming and UGC.

What we expect

• 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in B2C tech companies with a strong understanding of UGC platforms.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (Russian is a plus).
