This role covers teams across Cyprus, Albania, Israel, and other locations.

Your role

• Advise executives on people and organisation decisions
• Lead and develop an international HR team
• Build consistent HR standards across locations
• Keep local decisions close to local HR teams

• Organisational design and workforce planning
• Performance and leadership development
• Compensation, progression, and retention
• Succession planning and talent development
• Employee relations and multi-country compliance
• HR systems, people data, and process improvement
