Обязанности

• Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles (administrators, assistants, sales managers, support roles, etc.) — from job posting to signed offer ;
• Post and optimize job listings on HH.ru, LinkedIn and other platforms to attract strong candidates ;
• Screen resumes and run initial phone interviews ;
• Manage your candidate pipeline in our ATS (PeopleForce) and keep the database sharp and organized ;
• Prepare clear, concise candidate summaries that hiring managers actually want to read ;
• Draft offer letters and handle candidate correspondence ;
• Help organize interviews, test assignments, and reference checks ;
• Support HR documentation (probation task lists, etc.).

Требования

• 0.5–1+ years of recruiting experience (internships or freelance sourcing count too) ;
• English B2+ (you’ll correspond with international candidates and partners) ;
• Strong written Russian ;
• Sharp attention to detail, self-driven, comfortable managing a high volume of candidates at once ;
• Bonus points: recruiting experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality; hands-on with HH.ru, LinkedIn, or Telegram sourcing.
