We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Product Manager who doesn't just run campaigns - they architect growth. Commercially sharp, analytically rigorous, and genuinely energised by the complexity of scaling influencer partnerships across global markets — you know how to turn creator relationships into revenue, and you hold yourself accountable to the numbers that prove it.

Your day-to-day

• Define and execute the influencer strategy across focus markets, aligned with product launches and revenue targets.
• Represent Influencer Marketing within the Business Unit and partner with Product & Product Marketing on GTM and growth.
• Define campaign priorities, KPIs, and strategic direction for regional teams.
• Recruit and scale influencer partnerships, support negotiations, and identify new opportunities.
• Own influencer KPIs, optimize performance, and report results to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Proven influencer/performance marketing experience with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience turning product & GTM priorities into influencer campaigns.
• Experience leading cross-functional and regional teams.
• Budget ownership and revenue reporting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and performance optimization skills.
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Fluent English and experience working with international teams.
• Tech/SaaS background is a plus.
