We are not a traditional outsourcing company — we expect each specialist to integrate into the client's delivery and decision-making process. Beyond development, we provide clients with AI-powered solutions for content production and SEO workflows, and we offer in-depth SEO consultations and audits as a standalone service.

YOUR TASKS

-Conduct keyword research across both B2B (IT outsourcing, outstaffing, software development) and B2C markets.

-Perform on-page, technical, and competitive SEO audits for FocusReactive clients- including deep-dive audit engagements using AI-assisted tools.

-Develop content strategies targeting decision-makers, technical buyers, and end consumers depending on the client segment.

-Help deliver AI-driven solutions to clients for content creation and optimization workflows.

-Build and maintain a deep technical SEO knowledge base with a particular focus on AI search (LLM-driven search engines, AI Overviews, SGE) - this is a strategic priority for the company.

-Monitor and report SEO performance across B2B and B2C KPIs: organic traffic, lead quality, engagement, and visibility in AI-generated search results.

-Stay ahead of SEO trends, especially those related to AI search evolution and algorithm changes in B2B tech and consumer markets.

-Collaborate with content, marketing, and client teams to keep SEO aligned with business objectives.

YOU ARE AN IDEAL FIT IF YOU:

-Have experience working with English-speaking B2B and/or B2C markets.

Are comfortable with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.

-Understand technical SEO for complex websites - site structure, Core Web Vitals, schema markup.

-Can run thorough SEO audits and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

-Are actively exploring or already working with AI-driven SEO strategies and AI search optimization.

-Can communicate complex SEO concepts in clear, business-oriented terms.
