We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our integration team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, structuring complex integration processes, and producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support delivery teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems / Business Analyst..
• Confident conversational level of English (B2 or higher)..
• Strong analytical and written communication skills..
• Experience with integration protocols and interfaces, including REST, and file-based methods..
• Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration modes..
• Ability to read and interpret third-party/vendor API documentation (REST, OAuth-based authentication, JSON payloads)..
• Understanding of API request/response structures, status codes, and error-handling patterns..
• Experience creating or maintaining structured technical documentation templates..
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Attention to detail and ability to structure complex technical information into a clear, standardized format..

Will be a plus

• Experience in system integration projects, particularly in a multi-vendor delivery environment..
• Experience with MuleSoft..
• Familiarity with wiki-based documentation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Wiki, Confluence)..
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication flows in API integrations..
• Experience with sequence diagrams or UML notation for documenting system interactions.
