Treasury Specialist

At 9RED, we are currently looking for a candidate for the Treasury Specialist position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process payment requests through banking systems and cryptocurrency wallets.
• Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts and crypto wallets to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Track incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining accurate payment schedules and records.
• Coordinate with banks, payment service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment execution.
• Collect, verify, and maintain supporting documentation for payment transactions.
• Assist with daily liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and cash position reporting.
• Reconcile treasury transactions with accounting records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate treasury reports, payment registers, and transaction logs.
• Support the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of new banking relationships and payment solutions.
• Assist in the development, optimization, and documentation of treasury processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.

Requirements

-2+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking, or a similar financial operations role.

• Solid understanding of payment processes, treasury operations, and banking procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately with large volumes of financial data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Location and Compensation

Location: Limassol, Cyprus.

Candidates must already be residing in Cyprus.

Salary: €3,000 gross per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
