Collections Team Lead (Collections Supervisor)

Location: Remote

Salary: €2,000–2,500/month

Languages: Conversational Spanish (B1+) & Fluent Russian

We are an international FinTech company operating in the online lending industry since 2025. We are looking for a Collections Team Lead to manage a team of collection agents, drive portfolio recovery performance, and develop a high-performing collections operation.

This role combines people management and performance analytics: coaching and quality monitoring on one side, KPI management, reporting, and portfolio optimization on the other.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of collection agents.

Monitor call quality by reviewing recordings and ensuring compliance with collection scripts and communication standards.

Track and improve team KPIs, recovery rates, and operational performance.

Provide regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve agent performance.

Train and onboard new employees while continuously developing existing team members.

Manage workload distribution, shift planning, and portfolio allocation.

Handle complex collection cases and escalations.

Prepare analytical reports and provide performance insights to management.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Collections, Debt Recovery, Credit Sales, or Contact Center operations.

Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Collection Agent.

Spanish proficiency of B1 or higher (required for call monitoring and quality evaluation).

Fluent Russian.

Strong understanding of collections processes, recovery strategies, and key performance metrics.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis).

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have

Experience in FinTech, online lending, microfinance, or banking collections.

Coaching and training experience.

Experience managing both Early Collections and Late Collections portfolios.

Understanding of debtor behavior and effective negotiation techniques.
