CRM Manager

Vacancy: CRM Manager — iGaming / Gambling

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to drive player retention, reactivation, LTV, and growth across Casino and Sportsbook.

What you have to do

• Develop CRM strategy focused on Retention, Reactivation, LTV, and Churn reduction.
• Build player segmentation and Customer Journeys across the player lifecycle.
• Launch and optimize Email, Push, In-app / onsite campaigns.
• Develop and manage bonus mechanics: Free Spins, Free Bets, Cashback, Deposit / Reload Bonuses.
• Analyze CRM funnels and key metrics: FTD, R2D, Retention, Churn, LTV, GGR, NGR, Deposits, and Bet Amount.
• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and improve CRM processes.

What is important to us

Ukrainian/Russian - C2, English - B1

5+ years of CRM / Retention experience in Gambling / Betting.

Middle+ / Senior level with strong ownership and independence.

Strong understanding of Casino, Sportsbook, player lifecycle, Retention, Churn, and LTV.

Hands-on experience with bonus mechanics and wagering requirements.

Experience with segmentation, Customer Journeys, and CRM campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and confident Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

Experience with A/B testing.

Proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
