Customer Success & Onboarding Manager

Kanzum is a B2B fintech platform building embedded financial infrastructure and cross-border payment solutions across Africa, MENA & Asia.

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Manager to own the client journey from first contact to successful activation and help build our customer function from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
• Understand customer needs, workflows & payment requirements
• Manage onboarding from qualification to activation
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations & Product
• Guide clients through KYB/KYC and onboarding requirements
• Remove blockers and ensure customers reach their first successful transaction
• Support early product adoption and long-term retention
• Keep customer records and pipelines updated in HubSpot

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Operations, Onboarding or similar
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments or B2B tech
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to run discovery conversations and identify customer needs
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus)
• High ownership and ability to work independently
• English C1+

Nice to have: fintech/payments, banking, FX, treasury, cross-border payments, KYB/KYC, or experience with customers across Africa, MENA or Asia. Arabic/French is a plus.
