Employer Brand Manager

Our partner is looking for an experienced Employer Brand Manager to help build and strengthen their employer brand across international markets.

What you'll be doing

• Leading employer branding campaigns;
• Creating content for social media and career channels;
• Working closely with HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications;
• Supporting employee advocacy and recruitment marketing initiatives.

We're looking for someone with

3–5 years of experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Marketing;

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;

Experience with digital campaigns and content creation;

Fluent English and Russian.
