Head of Commercial

Full-time/Company: Institute of Free Technology

Develp provides Ethereum staking core infrastructure and operational services, focused on high-quality, reliable node operation for institutional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Develp’s revenue target and commercial performance
• Define commercial model: target customers, pricing, sales assumptions, unit economics
• Build and execute an institutional sales strategy from scratch
• Manage full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, due diligence, closing
• Expand commercial relationships into liquid staking protocols and other blockchain ecosystems
• Lead commercial onboarding, coordinating with Infrastructure and Operations teams
• Represent Develp at conferences and strategic meetings to generate pipeline

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex institutional sales in crypto or adjacent financial markets
• Experience selling into top-tier crypto organisations (exchanges, custodians, protocols) or strong institutional sales experience in financial services/asset management
• Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline as a standalone commercial lead
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical due diligence
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to work closely with technical teams throughout the sales process
