We are looking for a Head of HR to lead the company’s HR strategy and operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience on positions HRD, Head of HR and senior HR leadership role
- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ and supporting operations in a company with 1000+ employees
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices and tools, with the ability to scale processes in a fast-growing environment
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset — ability to translate business goals into effective HR solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, proven collaboration with top management
- Previous experience in a tech or IT-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR team: set goals, monitor workload, foster professional growth, and ensure process quality
- Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and standards
- Advise line managers on HR matters, support organizational changes, and monitor the relevance of the company structure
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, team performance)
- Develop recommendations to strengthen the internal employer brand and improve employee retention
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives to address strategic business objectives
