Head of QA

We’re looking for a Head of QA to lead and scale the QA function in a growing product company.

What you’ll do

Build and drive the overall QA strategy

Improve QA processes across the SDLC

Lead Manual QA, Automation QA & QA Leads

Build and scale the QA team

Develop automation and QA infrastructure

Introduce quality metrics and improve release stability

Work closely with Engineering, Product & DevOps

Proven experience leading a QA organization in a product company

Experience managing Manual & Automation QA teams

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, REST API, microservices & high-load

Strong technical QA background

Excellent leadership & people management skills

Nice to have: iGaming / FinTech / high-load experience.
