Working hours: 09:00–18:00 Cyprus Time

An international iGaming company with 10+ years of developing its own products, expanding its geography, and scaling the team is now strengthening its HR function due to company growth and the development of its Cyprus office.

What you'll be doing

Preparing employment contracts, addendums, NDAs, and other HR documentation;
Managing employee onboarding, transfers, changes to working conditions, and offboarding;
Verifying documents and ensuring completeness of HR files;
Keeping employee data up to date in HR systems;
Handling timesheets, vacations, sick leaves, days off, and payroll data;
Advising employees on HR-related matters;
Collaborating with the legal and finance departments as well as external consultants;
Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes, guidelines, and policies.

We'll be a great match if you have

2+ years of experience in HR Administration, HR Documentation, HR Operations, or HR record-keeping;

Experience in preparing contracts, addendums, and NDAs;

Understanding of payroll processes and timesheet management;

English level A2–B1 or higher;

Attention to detail, self-reliance, and a love for keeping things organized.

A plus would be experience with international employment, employee support in Cyprus, and working with 1C, BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Airtable.
