Product Designer

Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses, replacing fragmented corporate financial tooling with a single workspace across web and mobile. The product brings crypto infrastructure into a modern, simple experience for teams.

Applicants must be able to work within European time zones and hours.

Responsibilities

• Own design areas end-to-end: discovery, problem framing, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration
• Build and maintain the design system — components, patterns, and guidelines for web and mobile
• Design complex financial workflows including states and edge cases
• Run customer research: interviews, usability testing, and prototype testing
• Make scope and tradeoff decisions in close partnership with product and engineering
• Contribute to product strategy and define what good looks like for the areas you own

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex, multi-surface products (web + mobile)
• Proven fintech experience — shipped financial products at depth
• Experience with crypto / onchain products
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work (required)
• Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
• Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team
• Fluency in Figma

Nice to have

• Motion design, animation, or illustration
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, charts)
• Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools
