Responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise Atlassian Cloud products at enterprise scale, establishing standardised configurations, schemes and governance models.
• Act as subject matter expert to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions from analysis to delivery and documentation.
• Create advanced Jira reports, high-level dashboards and customised planning views for leadership and business units.
• Build advanced automations and integrations with other enterprise tools using 3rd-party apps and REST APIs.
• Conduct specialised training, advocate Atlassian best practices and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience administering, engineering and scaling Atlassian Cloud systems in a large, fast-paced enterprise or scale-up.
• Proven mastery of Atlassian Cloud and experience architecting systems for scale.
• Hands-on experience with Assets (formerly Insight), advanced automation (native, JMWE, ScriptRunner) and REST APIs.
• Scripting experience in Groovy, JavaScript or Python.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to consult with internal users and drive sustainable best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Extension for JSM, EazyBI and Xray.
