We operate as an domain expert agency, not a traditional outsourcing company we expect each specialist to integrate into the client's delivery and decision-making process and deliver on our expertise. Beyond development, we provide clients with AI-powered solutions for content production and SEO workflows, and we offer in-depth SEO consultations and audits as a standalone service.

We are not an SEO agency, and seek a specialist SEO expert to focus on developing deep knowledge in specific areas that complement our technology solutions - Tech SEO (on-site, programmatic), AI content pipelines with human validation, CMS content agents. Also in scope - conduct high level audits for our clients to guide them on strategy and priorities. work on LLM/GEO optimization for FocusReactive.

YOUR TASKS

-Conduct high level SEO and keyword audits in B2B and B2C for FocusReactive clients.

-Perform on-page, technical audits - including deep-dive audit engagements using AI-assisted tools.

-Help deliver AI-driven solutions to clients for SEO content creation and maintenance.

-Asses and strategise programmatic SEO campaigns for FocusReactive clients.

-Build and maintain a deep technical SEO knowledge base with a particular focus on AI search (LLM-driven search engines, AI Overviews, SGE) - this is a strategic priority for the company.

-Stay ahead of SEO trends, especially those related to AI search evolution and algorithm changes.

YOU ARE AN IDEAL FIT IF YOU:

Have experience working with English-speaking B2B and/or B2C markets.

-You are familiar and comfortable with advanced AI tooling - MCP, Claude Code

-Deep expertise with SEO tools: Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar.

-Understand technical SEO for complex websites, and know what really matters.

-Can run thorough SEO audits and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

-Are actively exploring or already working with AI-driven SEO strategies and AI search optimization.

-Can communicate complex SEO concepts in clear, business-oriented terms.
