Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all stages using Greenhouse and any recommended scheduling tooling
• Design and document the coordination operating model, SLAs, and recruiter workflows
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and interviewers, managing rescheduling, cancellations, and time zone complexity
• Support offer letter generation, onboarding documentation, and candidate-to-new-joiner transitions
• Maintain ATS and HRIS data integrity, run audits and reports to identify and close gaps
• Contribute to people operations projects (comp cycles, performance management, benefits enrollment, engagement surveys)

Requirements

• 2+ years in talent operations, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse experience a plus) and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones with accuracy and responsiveness
• Strong systems thinking and experience building repeatable, scalable processes
• Experience supporting HR/people programs beyond scheduling (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, engagement)
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Clear, professional written communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with Modern Loop or comparable interview scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Rippling, Culture Amp, or similar HRIS and engagement platforms
• Exposure to compensation banding, performance management, or benefits administration
• Experience building new-joiner onboarding programs
• HR certification in progress or completed (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• Prior experience in high-growth or crypto/fintech environments
