Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise trading flows across crypto, stocks/ETFs, metals, FX, leveraged and derivative products.
• Monitor markets, order books, order flow, pricing, hedging, exposures and execution quality in real time.
• Optimise pricing, hedging, routing, execution and internalisation using market insight and performance analytics.
• Dynamically adjust trading parameters within defined risk limits and analyse spreads, slippage and hedge performance.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, engineers, product, operations and external partners to improve algorithms, tooling and controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in trading, market making, liquidity provision, electronic markets or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, order-book dynamics, pricing, hedging, execution quality and risk management.
• Analytical and quantitative mindset; able to make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Strong ownership and builder mindset with a relentless focus on performance and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts between 07:30 and 23:00.
