About your role

We're looking for a UA Manager (Google) to join the Hero Wars: Alliance marketing team and own one of the company's key acquisition channels.

This is a highly hands-on role where you'll manage Google сampaigns end-to-end, optimize performance at scale, test new hypotheses, and collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering teams to drive sustainable growth.

What you'll be doing

Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Google and other channels.

Prepare campaign setups and maintain advertising operations.

Monitor and improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.

Collect, analyze, and interpret acquisition data to identify growth opportunities.

Test and scale new traffic sources, channels, and approaches.

Automate operational and reporting processes to improve team efficiency.

Work closely with analytics, creative, and product teams to improve acquisition performance.

Collaborate with advertising partners and account managers to develop and scale campaigns.

Participate in initiatives aimed at improving acquisition, monetization, and retention metrics.

We hope that you

Have a solid experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing with mobile applications or games.

Have experience managing mobile advertising campaigns and optimizing performance metrics.

Understand attribution logic and have hands-on experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers and statistics.

Have at least a basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with data.

Have basic Python skills or are willing to learn and use scripting for automation purposes.

Actively use AI tools in your daily work and are interested in creating AI-driven automation solutions.

Have an English level of B2 or higher.

It would be a plus if you

Have experience scaling campaigns with large advertising budgets.

Have experience working on live mobile games or gaming products.

Have experience running creative experiments and collaborating with creative production teams.

Have experience building dashboards, automating reports, or developing internal tools.
