What we expect
3+ yrs in iGaming affiliate marketing
English & Russian — Upper-Intermediate+
CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deal experience
Strong analytics & communication skills
Proven Tier 3 track record
In-house brand experience
Ready to travel to European conferences
Remote · Full-time · Base + performance bonus
