CMO/Growth & Performance Marketing Director

ABOUT

We are part of an international group of companies operating at the intersection of consulting, professional services, and international business.

As we expand into the US, UK, and European markets, we are looking for a Marketing Director to build and scale a world-class marketing function that drives sustainable growth.

TASKS

• Own and execute the company’s marketing strategy across all business lines.
• Lead international expansion across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.
• Build and optimize the full marketing funnel using data and end-to-end analytics.
• Develop the company’s digital ecosystem, content, partnerships, and AI-driven marketing initiatives.
• Launch and scale new acquisition channels and growth experiments.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, agencies, and external partners.
• Own the marketing budget and maximize marketing’s contribution to revenue growth.
• Present strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and business results directly to the founders.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience launching and scaling marketing initiatives in the US, UK, or European markets is a plus.
• Strong track record of developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable commercial impact.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation, performance marketing, and marketing funnel optimization.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and budgets.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, web analytics, AI tools, and marketing automation.
• Russian native, English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Analytical mindset, commercial thinking, and a strong ownership mentality.
