MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining corporate files and filing
Drafting internal documents including resolutions/minutes
Correspondence with clients via email/telephone
Working with local authorities, banks, agents worldwide, tax office, Registrar of Companies
Completing Registrar of Companies forms
Liaising with Financial Institutions regarding the opening of Client Bank Accounts
Answer phones, working with couriers
Administrative tasks, i.e., scanning, copying, etc.
Arranging apostille certifications
Any other ad hoc duties that may require the Corporate Administrator’s assistance
Assistance in escrow deals
Assistance to Legal Department with corporate transactions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Holder of Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years of experience in a Corporate Administrator role at a law firm or corporate service providing companies
Fluency in English written and verbal. Fluency in Russian and Greek language will be considered as a major advantage
Computer literacy and good command of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong attention to details skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team player, positive attitude, and approachable personality
Credibility and high integrity of character
