Customer Service Agent

Salary: €1,500 / month

We are hiring an organized, patient, and professional Customer Service Agent to join a growing team in Paphos! You will work directly with clients, providing ongoing support and guiding them through documentation and banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through document preparation & banking requirements
• Follow up on pending tasks and missing documentation
• Track client progress, records, and status using MS Excel
• Coordinate internally to process cases efficiently

Requirements

• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel for managing tracking sheets
• Background in customer service, banking, finance, or compliance is a plus
