Customer Success Manager

Hi all! Brainsome is looking for the Customer Success Manager!

Format: office work

Location: Limassol, Maximous Plaza

Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, as well as onboard new ones

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration

Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth

Coordinate with internal teams to solve operational issues

Your Experience

2+ years of experience in BDM / Sales / Account Management / Customer Success

Experience or understanding of performance/digital marketing

Fluent English

Fluent Russian (Fluency in a any other language would be an advantage)

Strong communication skills

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
