Customer Success Manager

A fast-growing AI platform serving the iGaming industry is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to take full ownership of client relationships, onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing account success.

What you’ll do

• Own a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, training, and account setup
• Manage client issues from intake through resolution, ensuring clear updates and follow-up
• Monitor account health, engagement, usage, and potential risks
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, Support, Sales, and other internal teams to drive issues to resolution
• Communicate technical/product topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Build strong, proactive client relationships and contribute to customer retention
• Collect customer feedback and work with Product on improvements
• Help develop onboarding materials, FAQs, playbooks, and customer-facing processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Technical Support, or Delivery
• Experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, or scaling technology companies
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open items
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or project-management tools such as Monday, Linear, Zendesk, or similar
• Excellent written and spoken English
• iGaming / Casino platform experience – strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree – preferred
