Tasks

• Build and evolve real-time cross-selling platform
• Own backend for user-facing apps via gRPC microservices
• Design and maintain REST / gRPC APIs and integrations
• Manage transactional data in PostgreSQL (policies, claims)
• Implement event-driven workflows with RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Write tests and join reviews, monitoring via Grafana / Prometheus

Requirements

• 5+ years dev experience, 3+ years in Go
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong concurrency, microservices, containerization
• AI implementation and configuration experience
• PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ / Kafka, REST API design
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Agile / Scrum, English B2+
