Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do

• Design and improve content moderation policies for a safe user environment.
• Champion compliance across moderation domains with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers in user-generated content.
• Investigate escalations, user complaints, and external inquiries.
• Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities.
• Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation technology providers.
• Enhance moderation technologies and KPIs for efficiency and quality.

What we expect

• 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• English proficiency (Russian is a strong advantage).
