The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets, networking, and professional development. Open to current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with listed projects and partners to grow marketing budgets
• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze partnership opportunities
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for campaign delivery
• Maintain campaign and tracking tools
• Improve operational workflows using AI to streamline partner processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to build and manage deep relationships with attention to detail
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain and AI technologies
• Able to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
