What you'll do

Process and qualify inbound leads via website, email, chat, and messengers
Collect client requirements, maintain CRM records, and schedule meetings for the Sales team
Support lead qualification, follow-ups, and high response standards

1+ year of experience in Sales, SDR/BDR, Customer Support, or similar
English B2+, native Russian, experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and customer-focused mindset
