What you’ll do

• Manage projects that directly impact loan disbursements, approvals, risk, and customer retention.
• Act as a key link between Development, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Set clear tasks, monitor deadlines, and drive projects through to completion.
• Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvement plans.
• Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excel and SQL skills sufficient to validate data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to negotiate effectively.
• Someone who enjoys delivering results, rather than simply “managing processes.”
