The role

Own the cross-functional projects that keep the business moving — marketplace, new products, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, legal.

You spot where a process is missing and build it, turn a messy multi-party problem into a plan with clear owners and dates, and drive it to done without being chased.

Who we're looking for

• Proven track record running multiple projects at once, fully independently
• Systems thinker — you build SOPs from scratch, not just follow them
• Operations background, ideally with finance exposure
• Advanced Google Sheets — you build real tools, not just fill in cells
• High urgency and ownership, detail-obsessed, nothing needs chasing
• Fluent English
