Description

Manage PSP operations, monitor transactions, and optimize payment processes for Azerbaijan market. Identify and onboard new payment providers, agents, and local payment methods. Negotiate fees, limits, and SLA terms. Support integrations (cards, e-wallets, local methods). Track approval/decline rates, reduce chargebacks, and cooperate with anti-fraud and technical teams. Ensure stable payment flows, analyze market opportunities, and maintain provider relationships. Require 1+ year experience, English B1+, Russian native, understanding of payment systems, attention to detail, teamwork.
