We are looking for a PSP Tech Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

!Routing & Monitoring: Configuring and supporting payment routing and monitoring channel metrics to optimize approval rates;

Incident Resolution: Analyzing and resolving technical incidents in collaboration with PSP monitoring teams to minimize downtime;

Technical Documentation: Working with providers' technical documentation to ensure correct setup and support of payment tools;

Integration Support: Participating in the integration of payment solutions to expand the platform's functional capabilities;

Operational Oversight: Participating in the oversight of operational processes to ensure the stability and efficiency of the payment infrastructure.

Requirements

Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the payments, Fintech, or iGaming sector to ensure a quick transition into the company's business context;

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Grafana/Tableau and Jira/Trello for system monitoring and effective task management;

Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of payment terminology and the operational principles of a payments department to provide high-quality support;

Troubleshooting Skills: Experience reading transaction logs and resolving technical/financial incidents to independently manage tasks from identification to resolution.
