Recruiter Junior+

About the role

PLATA is looking for Junior+ Recruiters to join its Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters while developing your sourcing and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment within your hiring stream.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, GetMatch and other platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and the stream lead on hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS data.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruitment experience.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Motivation to grow within recruitment.
• English B2+ for communication with an international team.
