Regional Growth Manager

Full-time/Company: Crypto Fund Trader

Crypto Fund Trader is a crypto prop firm with a fully in-house platform: 100% digital, secure and built to help traders grow their trading careers. The company operates globally across crypto and traditional financial markets and is a young, agile team focused on improving products, partnerships and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CFT’s growth strategy for your assigned country or region.
• Identify the most relevant acquisition channels, communities and commercial opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with affiliates, creators, educators, communities and partners.
• Find, negotiate and activate regional partnerships to generate awareness, customers and revenue.
• Develop and manage the local affiliate and ambassador network from contact through activation and performance.
• Coordinate regional sales activity, support outreach and follow-up, and set priorities.
• Adapt global campaigns to the local market and propose new initiatives based on regional trends.

Requirements

• Experience in growth, business development, partnerships, affiliate management, sales or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the crypto, trading, fintech or online investment ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of the country or region you are applying for, including audiences, platforms and communities.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships and negotiate partnerships from scratch.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect actions to acquisition, revenue and retention.
• Fluent English for internal communication and native or near-native command of the main language spoken in your market.

• Experience in a prop firm, broker, exchange or trading platform.
