Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote (EU)

Product company (NDA) building solutions for iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, marketing, and customer service.

We are looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Business/System Analyst
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, user stories, use cases)
• BPMN/UML, SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data mapping
• English B1+, Russian native

Nice to have

• iGaming / mobile apps / system analysis

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories and specs
• Maintain documentation (BRD, specs, manuals)
• Work with dev, QA, PM teams
• Support refinement and testing
• Own features and improve solutions
