Dev Cynx is a remote-first game development studio focused on building high-quality mobile and cross-platform games for global clients and internal IPs. Our team specializes in Unity development, multiplayer architecture, gameplay systems, technical art, and full-cycle production.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Architect scalable gameplay systems using Unity and C#

Design reusable gameplay frameworks and modular codebases

Develop multiplayer features using Photon Fusion, Photon PUN, Netcode or similar networking frameworks

Build matchmaking, synchronization, player progression, and online gameplay systems

Optimize CPU, GPU, memory usage, loading times, and overall mobile performance

Integrate Firebase, PlayFab, REST APIs, cloud services, analytics, advertising SDKs, and In-App Purchases

Collaborate with designers, artists, producers, and QA throughout development

Perform technical planning, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering documentation

Contribute to LiveOps features, events, and post-launch improvements

What kind of professional are we looking for?

7+ years of professional Unity experience

Excellent C# programming skills

Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Experience shipping commercial mobile games

Multiplayer networking experience (Photon Fusion, Photon PUN, Mirror, Netcode)

Strong knowledge of game optimization

SDK integrations

REST APIs

Firebase
