Supply Specialist

Company: Hyperbolic Labs

Hyperbolic Labs is building an Open-Access AI Cloud: a GPU marketplace and AI inference service that aggregates global computing resources to make AI affordable and accessible. The team is led by co-founders with PhDs in AI, Math, and Computer Science and is preparing for growth after Series A.

Responsibilities

• Source new GPU supply from NeoClouds, data center operators, cloud providers, and other infrastructure suppliers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of supplier relationships from initial outreach through signed agreement.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, and termination provisions.
• Own execution of LOIs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial documents.
• Conduct commercial diligence to validate GPU capacity, technical capabilities, operational reliability, and counterparty risk.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to align supplier agreements with customer demand and marketplace economics.
• Help develop scalable processes and represent Hyperbolic at industry events and customer meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• ~4–6 years' experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles within cloud/AI infrastructure or enterprise technology.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements for infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, or GPUs.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; experience managing deals end-to-end.
• Ability to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial tradeoffs.
• Comfortable reviewing commercial contract language (SLAs, payment terms, liability provisions, operational commitments).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously; excellent communicator; comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with NeoClouds, GPU providers, data centers, hyperscalers, hosting companies, or infrastructure marketplaces.
• Exposure to financial modeling, marketplace economics, or pricing strategy.
• Experience with infrastructure procurement, capacity planning, or hardware supply chains.
• Existing relationships within the AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud ecosystem.
