Business Analyst with German

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to join a long-term banking project.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing & documenting business requirements
• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases & Functional Specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
• English — Fluent
• German — good working proficiency (required) 🇩🇪

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from banking stakeholders
• Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS
• Collaborate with the development team on the implementation of an FAQ Bot
• Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality & user experience
• Support release planning and project documentation
