Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing & documenting business requirements
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases & Functional Specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
- English — Fluent
- German — good working proficiency (required) 🇩🇪
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from banking stakeholders
- Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS
- Collaborate with the development team on the implementation of an FAQ Bot
- Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality & user experience
- Support release planning and project documentation
