Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Scrum / Agile experience
- Fluent English
- Good working proficiency in German is required
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from banking stakeholders
- Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS
- Collaborate with the development team on the implementation of an FAQ Bot
- Analyze user feedback and help improve answer quality and user experience
- Support release planning and project documentation
