Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do

• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering for compliance.
• Build best-in-class moderation capabilities and technologies.
• Drive improvements in moderation workflows and tools.

What we expect

• 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety.
• Experience with legal and operational risk evaluation.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• English proficiency; Russian is a plus.
